The 2026–2029 development plan confirms the company’s commitment to sustainable growth, technological innovation and production efficiency, consolidating the industrial evolution path undertaken in recent years. Process digitalization, production automation, logistics optimization, development of internal expertise and energy efficiency represent the core elements of PAN’s industrial strategy. An approach focused on improving quality, operational reliability and the sustainability of the entire production system. Material selection, attention to more efficient packaging and product design oriented toward durability are part of a concrete and responsible vision of industrial development. The objective is to progressively reduce the environmental impact of processes while maintaining high quality and performance standards. Great attention is also dedicated to reducing energy consumption and integrating more advanced and efficient production systems. PAN is energetically self-sufficient thanks to the 200 kW photovoltaic system installed on the roofs of the production facility, an investment that concretely represents the company’s commitment to developing a more responsible and sustainable production model
